Not sure if it was a shipping issue or something on their end, but it took way longer than expected to arrive. I ended up sending it back, and now I’m still waiting on the refund. Frustrating.

I ordered from 1620usa.com because the pants looked like they’d be really tough, the fit was good when I first tried them on. The fabric felt heavier than regular work pants and seemed like it would hold up well.

After just a few weeks of normal use, though, the stitching near the pocket started coming loose and the knees were already looking worn. I reached out hoping for some help, but it kind of felt like I was being ignored. For the price, I expected a lot better durability and support. They’re not the worst pants I’ve owned, but I probably wouldn’t buy them again.

Customer support was decent overall, but the replies took a while. I don’t expect instant answers, but I do have a standard for timely communication, and this felt a little slower than I’d like.

I ordered my usual size and just assumed it would fit normally, but nope — it was way too small on me. Maybe I should’ve sized up, but the fit was definitely off for me.

I’ve been wearing this around a lot lately, even while running errands and grabbing coffee, and it’s really comfortable. It moves with me nicely and doesn’t feel stiff or annoying, which I appreciate. The only thing is the price feels a bit high for what it is, but overall I’m happy with it.
